The Embodied Rest Circle offers ongoing guidance, gentle community, and a regular return to the body — helping mothers feel more settled, supported, and able to reconnect with themselves.

More than a place to rest, the Circle cultivates the capacity to feel and stay with ourselves.

Many of us were never taught how to stay with our experience long enough to truly listen to what our bodies were trying to tell us.

Each week, we explore one layer of The Seven Layers of Inner Peace™ , creating a gentle rhythm of returning, listening, and reconnecting through the body as we journey through the layers together, throughout the year.

Many mothers spend years caring for others, while quietly carrying more than they consciously realise.
 

Over time, rest can begin to feel unfamiliar. Even when there is time to slow down, the body may continue holding tension, exhaustion, and the pressure of always needing to keep going.

Most of us were never taught how to stay with ourselves when life becomes difficult. We learned to cope, push through, and carry on.

Each week, we focus on one of the Seven Layers — Body, Breath, Emotion, Belief, Joy, Awareness, or Peace.

Together, we journey through the Seven Layers throughout the year, returning to them again and again as life unfolds

Each time we revisit a layer, something new may reveal itself, inviting a deeper and more embodied way of meeting ourselves and our lives.

You are welcome to join the Circle at any time.

Each gathering stands on its own while contributing to a gradual deepening over time.
