My Background & Approach
As a certified meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation and holding Level 1 & 2 iRest Yoga Nidra certifications, I combine evidence-based techniques with lived experience in guiding others through emotional healing and self-awareness.
I have studied extensively in the fields of Enquiry and Meditation, training with:-
- Dr. Gabor Maté (Compassionate Inquiry}
- Dr. Richard Miller (iRest Yoga Nidra & the Koshas)
- The Ridhwan School (Diamond Inquiry with A.H. Almaas)
- Mooji and Rupert Spira (Advaita Vedanta)
- A Course in Miracles
My work is informed by these studies and by nearly three decades of personal healing, meditation and self-enquiry.
I have lived with remarkable health following a successful kidney transplant in 1997. Through continued inner work, I am no longer owned by my childhood wounds, and have raised two children consciously into successful adulthood. These experiences have given me an embodied understanding of Stillness, healing, and transformation - allowing me to hold space with compassion, attunement, and deep presence, meeting each person exactly where they are.
My approach rests on the belief that healing unfolds when we feel safe enough to feel and listen within. From that safety, awareness deepens, the body softens, and the innate intelligence of Life begins to restore balance from the inside out.
Clarification of Affiliation
My work is informed by my studies with iRest Yoga Nidra, Compassionate Inquiry, the Ridhwan School, Advaita Vedanta, and A Course in Miracles. It is an independent offering and not affiliated with or endorsed by these organisations.
I do not teach their specific methods or provide training in their frameworks. Rather, I integrate insights from my studies and my lived experience into a unique, personal approach to self-inquiry, meditation, and emotional healing.
