At its heart, this work is a transparent enquiry into motherhood - an invitation to explore what lies beneath the surface, unravel inherited patterns, and rest in the truth of who we are.

When we drop more deeply into the body, we come closer to the ground of our Being, where a quiet inner support has always been waiting.

From that support, we can stay present with the difficult experiences that once cut us off from feeling, and shaped themselves into tension patterns in the body.

As we gently meet these patterns, they begin to soften and release, creating space for more aliveness, presence, and ease.

Our embodiment then reveals itself as a blessing - not only for our own lives, but as a gift we offer our children, our communities, and the wider world.

A 7-Week Journey for Mothers

 The Seven Layers of  Inner Peace is a path of reclaiming what was always yours - safety, voice, joy, and the Wholeness within.

 When a mother regulates her own nervous system, she lays the foundation for her child to grow with emotional security and resilience.

Research in attachment theory (Ainsworth, 1978) and interpersonal neurobiology (Siegal, 1999)  shows that a caregiver's ability to remain emotionally present, deeply shapes a child's lifelong ability to trust, connect, and thrive.

In this 7-week journey, we walk the Layers together in community. This is not about fixing yourself but about remembering the
Stillness that has always been here. Layer by layer, you'll be guided to explore your immediate 
experience - welcoming what arises with safety, compassion and presence.

1. Rooted in the Body

Safety Begins Here


Week 1

"Every mother deserves to feel safe in her body — to come home to herself."


So much of our energy goes into holding tension, bracing against life, or managing overwhelm. In this first week, we return to the body as sacred ground, creating the foundation for deep peace to grow. 

You will:

  • Learn the Art of Body Sensing.

  • Feel the quiet wisdom of sensation.

  • Recognise where tension is held and how to soften it.

  • Reclaim your body as a place to live, not a problem to fix.

Together we will:

  • Practice grounding techniques for safety and presence.

  • Explore sensation as a doorway to calm and wholeness.

  • Recognise where tension is held and how to soften it.

Science affirms: Awareness through body sensation helps shift the nervous system out of survival and into connection (van der Kolk, 2014).

2. The Rhythm of Breath

Regulate, Soften, Return


Week 2

"Every mother carries so much. But in the return to breath, she remembers — she is held too."


Breath is your anchor in the storm. By reconnecting with its natural rhythm, you find a quiet strength that steadies you, no matter what life brings. 

You will:

  • Learn the Art of Conscious Breathing.
  • Reconnect with its natural rhythm.

  • Use breath as a subtle boundary and inner resource.

  • Stay grounded in the Now without overwhelm.

Together we will:

  • Practice calming breath work to regulate the nervous system.

  • Explore breath as a gentle container - one that can hold and soften emotion, guiding you back to presence.

Science affirms: Slow, conscious breathing activates the vagus nerve, reducing stress and strengthening emotional resilience (Porges, 2011).

3. Welcoming Emotion

Feeling, Not Fixing


Week 3

"Every mother feels deeply - yet so often emotions are left unspoken, hidden, or suppressed."


When feelings are met with presence rather than resistance, the energy they carry can gently unwind and release. This week, we discover emotion as a messenger, not a problem to solve.

You will:

  • Learn to welcome each feeling as a guide.

  • Honour emotions without fixing or suppressing them.

  • Recognise patterns stored as somatic memory.

  • Allow grief, anger, joy and tenderness to move safely.

Together we will:

  • Create space for emotion in the body.

  • Explore gentle practices to release and integrate old emotional charges.

Science affirms: Emotions are stored in the body as implicit memories — not just thoughts, but felt experiences (Levine, 1997).

4. The Power of Belief

Unlearning What No Longer Serves


Week 4

"Every mother holds quiet beliefs beneath her emotions - shaping her worth and choices often without her awareness."


When these limiting patterns rise into the light, they can finally be softened and released. This week, we open space for a deeper truth to emerge.

You will:

  • Gently meet core beliefs in the body.

  • Sense where they live and how they affect you.

  • Welcome the emotions they carry.

  • Hold them with curiosity until they begin to shift.

Together we will:

  • Practice bringing beliefs into awareness with compassion.

  • Explore embodied ways to begin to dissolve old conditioning.

Science affirms: Beliefs shift most effectively through embodied awareness, not thought alone (Siegel, 2010).

5. Resting in Joy

The Quiet Joy Beneath the Striving


Week 5

"Every mother deserves joy — not just in fleeting moments, but as a quiet presence she can return to, again and again."


Joy is not something we must chase. It is a quality of our true nature, and reveals itself naturally when we soften into presence. Here, gratitude and quiet radiance of Being can be felt more deeply.

You will:

  • Learn to rest in joy without striving.

  • Deepen awareness of gratitude and presence.

  • Connect with the intelligence of the heart.

  • Rediscover joy as your natural state.

Together we will:

  • Practice heart centered awareness.

  • Explore joy as a steady companion beneath life's noise.

Science affirms: Gratitude and heart-focused awareness increase positive emotions, resilience, and well-being.

6. The Witness

Being, Not Just Doing 


Week 6

"Every mother is more than the roles she holds. Beyond the doing, beyond the giving she is already whole."


This week is about stepping back into awareness itself - seeing clearly beyond roles, identities, and performance.

You will:

  • Explore who you are beyond roles and expectations.

  • Reconnect with inner clarity and self-trust.

  • Let go of striving and rest in awareness.

Together we will:

  • Practice stepping back into the witness.

  • Rest in the still presence that is always here.

Science affirms:  Reconnecting with the authentic self fosters resilience and long-term well-being (Brown & Ryan, 2003).

7. Resting in and as Wholeness

Nothing Left to Earn


Week 7

"Every mother is worthy of peace — not when everything is done, not when there is time, but right now, exactly as she is."


This final week invites you to rest deeply in your true nature - whole, unbroken and complete.

You will:

  • Shift from seeking peace to resting in it.

  • Experience deep Stillness as your essence.

  • Open to trust, truth, and wholeness.

Together we will:

  • Integrate The Seven Layers into embodied practice.

  • Rest in the fullness of presence - remembering you've been home all along

Science affirms: Present-moment awareness strengthens emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting inner peace (Kabat-Zinn). 

Why These Seven Layers Matter

 

🍃 True health and well-being are only available when we enter into the peace of the present moment,
yet our unhealed past lives within our bodies as implicit memory.


🍃 Implicit memory can only be accessed and healed somatically — through felt experience.

🍃 Sensing, listening, and welcoming the body opens us to the peace of our true nature.

🍃 What is met and felt at the root can be healed, integrated into wholeness, and rewoven into new neural pathways.

This course is an invitation to live an embodied life — to use your body as a portal, a direct path into
the peace of your Divine Feminine Nature.

Why We Lose Touch with Stillness

 We are born open, trusting, and deeply connected -

to joy, to presence, to our own truth.

As children, we are this Stillness.

We know it instinctively. We live in it without question.

But when the world tells us we are not safe, not loved, or not enough, something shifts.

 🍃 We close our hearts to protect ourselves.

🍃 We hide who we really are.

🍃 We detach from our feelings, from instincts, from rest.

🍃 We learn to please, perform and perfect.

🍃 We lose trust  - in ourselves and in love itself.

🍃 And disconnect from our deepest Self.

 This disconnection doesn't just live in the mind - it settles in the body, the breath, the nervous system.

In the muscles that never fully release, in the breath that forgets to deepen, in the weight of unspoken emotion

These imprints don't speak in words.

They live as felt sensation, in the body's silent memory.
